Tony was one of the nicest men I have ever met. Always cordial, always with a smile, and always there for his fellow vets.

He shared such wonderful stories with me of his life in New York... Playing stickball with his gang on the New York streets... Taking his little sister to see Frank Sinatra... And dancing with his wife to the music of Tony Bennett.

I loved getting my hug from him at the Sunday post breakfast.

Rest in peace my dear friend you did well in your service to the Lord and your country.

My grandpa was the happiest person I knew. He never complained and always looked for the best in everything. I’m so happy he was able to be at my wedding and meet my son. He lived a long and happy life; I know he is dancing with my grandma again.
