First I wish to offer my condolences for the entire Tiller family and all the branches that were like family. Al will be missed by so many. My dad always would tell me it is not "goodbye" just "see you later". I believe in my hear Al is somewhere glorious reunited all who went before him, like his parents, siblings, even his two dogs Max and Bear, who surely were waiting in anticipation to see him on the other side of that rainbow bridge. Even though my marriage to his son, did not work out, Al always greeted me with a hug and a HUGE smile. He has been a grandfather of great magnitude. His children will have big shoes to fill when they become a grandpa someday.
I have 2 great memories of Al
1. Dancing with him at wedding celebration he and Leta threw for us.
and
2. He unconditional love for his grandchildren. My 3 sons were so lucky to have you in their lives. Even my daughter, who was not blood to you, you always hugged and kissed her as if she were.
We will miss you, miss your laughter, your jokes, your smile. But we all know we will "see you later". So, until then...
